          • To analyze and improve our offers by identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, and tailoring the HELTEKO Products experience and content based on your past activities on the HELTEKO Products.

    This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information, or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site to which the HELTEKO Product contains a link. The inclusion of a link on HELTEKO Products does not imply endorsement of the linked site by us or by our affiliates.

    6. How long do we store personal data?

    We will only keep your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or in accordance with time limits stipulated by law and market practice unless further retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims or unless a specific time period has been communicated.

    We will keep limited parts of your Personal Data that are necessary for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent.

    7. If you are under the age of 16

    If you are under the age of 16, you should review this text together with your parent or guardian to make sure you both understand them. We are not responsible for checking your age but sometimes we still do verification checks. If we learn that you are under the age of 16 and that we have collected information about you without consent from your parent or guardian, we will delete the information as soon as possible and you will not be able to use HELTEKO Products.

    We do not generally seek to collect any sensitive Personal Data. Sensitive Personal Data is data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or medical condition, criminal background, or trade union membership.

    You have a right to, once per calendar year, contact us and without cost find out which information about you that is being used.

    Your Helteko warranty has been designed to give you peace of mind in this busy world we live in today. Please ensure you read our warranty policy and fully understand its terms and conditions. 


    What products does the Helteko warranty cover? 

    We offer warranty service for all our products. Your Helteko warranty is valid and enforceable if you purchased a new product directly from Helteko. 


    What’s the Helteko standard warranty period? 

    Your new product qualifies for a 12-month warranty period. 


    How to receive a lifetime warranty?

    In order to receive our lifetime warranty, you must register it on our website. Once the registration is completed, you’ll be granted our lifetime warranty. The registration of the lifetime warranty must be done no later than 1 month after the date of purchase. 


    What are the Helteko warranty exclusions? 

    • A product that was purchased from a third-party retailer.
    • A product that is classified as “Used-Like New”, “Used-Very Good”, “Used-Good or “Used-Acceptable”.
    • Any damage or defects as a result of normal wear and tear (such as scratches or deterioration etc).
    • Parts that have reached the end of their expected service life (natural fading of colors or breakdown of materials).
    • Any damage or defects as a result of improper installation, improper use, or improper storage.
    • Any damage or defects as a result of an accident (such as theft or loss of the entire product etc).
    • Any damage or defects that may be attributable to intentional damage.
    • Any damage or defects as a result of exposure to extreme conditions (such as heat or dirt).
    • Any damage or defects as a result of a natural disaster (such as water, fire, earthquake, snowstorm, etc).
    • Any damage or defects as a result of using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.


    How to make a warranty claim? 

    Please keep in mind that any defect must be reported to Helteko as soon as it’s discovered. This must be within the expected service life of the product. In order to proceed with the warranty, you’re entitled to complete any forms, give additional details (e.g., photos or videos), or provide any proof required in relation to a claim that Helteko may require. In order to make a claim, please follow the steps below:

    • Proceed to our website.
    • Click “Contact us”.
    • Submit a form explaining your request in detail. 
    • Provide an Amazon order number. Your claim can’t be processed without it. 
    • Receive assistance from Helteko.


    How will Customer Support Service help me? 

    Our customer support agent will help you solve any of your issues in a timely manner. They’ll determine the source of the problem and then define necessary actions that should be undertaken to resolve the situation in a timely manner. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.
